Our Foundation Begins With You

KRS III, began as the vision of Rob Sheets, President and CEO, to establish relationships with athletes who were looking for more than just an agent.

Since it's inception in 1992, Rob's goal has been to provide a well-rounded support system to athletes who are looking to grow as professionals as well as people.

Today, the KRS team consists of experts in areas of finances, personal training, marketing and counseling. Together, we seek to provide you with opportunities that enhance your visibility, maximize your potential and secure your future.

Each of our clients benefit from over 17 years of experience in providing comprehensive services to athletes and coaches.

"I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me." ~Galatians 2:20

The KRS III Way "We Walk the Walk"

We believe in communicating  openly and honestly with you as we work tirelessly promoting your best interests.  All in all, at KRS III Sports Management, we believe in "walking the walk" by actively demonstrating our commitment to our representation of you in both word and deed.

What do we mean when we say, Walk the Walk?

At KRS III, Walk the Walk old music actually has two meanings …

First is the literal meaning.

Do what you say you are going to do.  Don’t tell people what you are going to do, just do it.

You are a grown man.
More importantly, you want the respect of being a grown man.
People (especially people in this business) will respect you much more if you do
… not talk.

Second is a spiritual meaning.
Our life here on earth is basically a journey.
KRS III not only wants to be a part of that journey with you, we want to...
Aid you in your spiritual growth.
We all need help becoming Christ-like humans.
We like to look at this in a sports manner …
Jesus Christ was the only person to live a life without sin.
He was perfect.
Knowing none of us will ever meet the standard left by Jesus Christ, most of us
still strive to be the best person we were created to be.
Therefore, much like the game of golf, there is never the “perfect” round.
In other words, Jesus Christ is the only person ever to record a round of 18 (1 shot
on each hole).
So, we practice, see instructors/coaches, watch videos and practice some more.
On occasion, we may feel we played a good round.  Maybe even a great round.
However, none of us is capable of the “perfect” round of golf.
But, there are those who will never give up ...  Continually striving to improve.
I like to refer to these people as the ones who “Fight the good fight.”
